Ingredients

1 package Magic Toast
200g of Parma ham, sliced
1 cup brie cheese, chopped
1 cup mini rocket (leaves only)
Olive oil

Directions

• Put the Magic Toast on a baking pan and distribute the slices of Parma ham and brie cheese, and take to the preheated oven (230°C) until cheese melts.
• Remove from oven and put the rocket leaves.
• Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately.
