Whipped Cream
Half cup (120ml) heavy cream
1 tablespoon (10g) sugar

4 tablespoons (40g) strawberries per unit, chopped
8 units Magic Toast

Makes 4 mini trifles
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Tip: For the whipped cream to become firmer, put the paddles and the bowl of the mixer in the freezer 10 minutes before whipping.
Variations: Replace strawberry by other fruits: kiwi, grapes, orange, etc.
Put a thin layer of strawberry jam on the Magic Toast.
Garnish the mini trifle with fresh mint.


Whipped Cream

  • Whip the heavy cream and sugar in a mixer until firm.
  • Put the whipped cream in a pastry bag with a “pitanga” nozzle.


  • On a Magic Toast, make a big “pitanga” with whipped cream. On the whipped cream, sprinkle about half tablespoon of strawberries. Cover with another Magic Toast, make another big “pitanga” and pour another half tablespoon of strawberries.
  • Serve immediately.
