1 fillet of chicken breast (120g), cooked and shredded
2 cups (80g) rocket leaves, thorn
3 tablespoons (36g) gorgonzola cheese, chopped
Half cup (50g) Parmesan cheese, sliced
3 tablespoons (60g) nuts, roasted and chopped
2 mini doses(52g) Pit Stop Cheese Flavor, coarsely broken
Half cup (120ml) heavy cream
1 tablespoon (10g) curry and salt and pepper
Tip: Cook the chicken breast in boiling water seasoned with chicken broth. Curry comes from India and it is a mixture of spices and herbs.
The most commonly used ingredients are: coriander, cumin, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, cloves, fenugreek, cardamom, nutmeg, tamarind, cinnamon, basil and paprika.
Variation: Replace curry by mustard.
