2 packages Magic Toast Light
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 sprigs of dill, chopped

Salmon Tartar:
3 stalks of chives, washed and chopped
2 sprigs of dill, chopped
1 tablespoon (12g) capers, chopped
1 tablespoon (18g) mayonnaise
1 tablespoon (18g) mustard
1 fillet of salmon (200g)
Salt and pepper
Lemon Vinaigrette:
2 tablespoons juice lemon
6 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
Tip: Serve with a mix of green leaves.

Put the Magic Toast Light on a baking pan, drizzle each one with a little olive oil, arrange the chopped dill, sprinkle a little salt and bake in preheated oven at 180°C for about 6 minutes.

  • Add the chives, dill, capers, mayonnaise and mustard and mix well. Set aside.
  • Chop the salmon into very small cubes and put into the herbs paste. On a crostini, put 2 tablespoons of Salmon Tartar.
  • To garnish, cut a crostini in half and then cut again to form 4 triangles, put on the tartar and finish with a sprig of dill. Repeat the same process for the others.

Lemon Vinaigrette:

  • Add salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  • Add the olive oil, whipping with a fork or whisk to make a homogeneous and thick sauce.
  • Serve over the Salmon Tartar.
