1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
1 (small) clove (2g) garlic, crushed
1 1/2 cup (110g) fresh shitake mushroom, sliced into thick strips
1/2 cup (50g) spinach, cooked and chopped
4 tablespoons (60g) mayonnaise

Makes 10 units
Assemble the canapés right before serving them.
To obtain half a cup of cooked spinach, use 1 medium bunch of spinach.
Garnish each canapé with boiled and sliced quail egg or sliced tomato.
- Heat the olive oil and brown the garlic, add mushrooms and leave it to cook until the liquid is dried.
- Add the spinach and cook at length.
- Season with salt.
- Let it cool down and add mayonnaise. Mix it.
- Put about 1 tablespoon of creamed spinach on each Magic Toast and serve immediately.
