Spinach Cream:
2 tablespoons (40g) of margarine
1 clove (2g) garlic
1 and a half cup (175g) spinach, cooked and chopped
3 tablespoons (30g) wheat flour
2 cups (480ml) milk, salt and nutmeg
150g ​​turkey breast, sliced
1 sachet (250g) cream cheese
1 internal package (140g) Whole-Wheat Cream Cracker
2 tablespoons (20g) Parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Tip: Assemble the lasagna minutes before serving to keep it crispy.
Variation: Replace turkey breast by roast beef or ham.



  • In a small rectangular baking dish (about 16 x 26cm), lay the Whole-Wheat Cream Cracker side by side.
  • Cover the crackers with turkey breast slices and distribute the cream cheese.
  • Spread half spinach cream. Repeat layers ending with spinach cream.
  • Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the surface and bake in preheated moderate oven (180°C) for about 20 minutes or until the surface start browning.
  • Serve immediately.
